Medipedi does not provide medical podiatry or HCPC-regulated treatments.

 

2. Booking Appointments

We do not offer online booking. Appointments can be arranged via:

  • Phone

Your appointment is only confirmed once we have acknowledged your request and provided confirmation.

 

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

  • Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) may result in a full charge and/or refusal of future bookings.

We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible.

 

4. Patch Test Requirements

Some treatments may require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.

  • Patch tests are mandatory where required for your safety.

  • Refusing or failing to attend a patch test may result in us declining the treatment.

 

5. Refunds & Returns

Services

Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, as results can vary depending on individual skin and nail conditions.

If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.

 

6. Hygiene, Safety & Contraindications

Medipedi operates to high hygiene and safety standards.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your foot health and any relevant conditions

  • Follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions

  • Inform us of any allergies, infections, or sensitivities.

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • There is a risk to your health

  • A condition appears unsuitable for treatment

  • Treatment could worsen an underlying issue

  • The service requested falls under medical/podiatry care we are not licensed to provide

 

7. Liability & Disclaimers​

  • Results vary depending on individual health, nail condition, and lifestyle factors.

  • Medipedi is not liable for adverse reactions where:

    • You have withheld information

    • You have not followed aftercare

    • You have ignored patch test requirements

  • While we take every precaution, minor side effects may occur (e.g., redness, sensitivity).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

 

8. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We take your privacy seriously.

We may collect and store:

  • Contact information

  • Appointment details

  • Notes relevant to your treatment

We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.

You have the right to:
